中西医结合非手术治疗胆石症远期疗效观察

Observation on Long-Term Effect of TCM-WM Non-Operative Therapy for Cholelithiasis

本文报告用中医中药、针刺、电极板及总攻排石疗法等非手术方法治疗胆石症164例的远期疗效。经1～22年的随访结果,优占29.88%,良占31.71%,差占38.41%。其远期疗效与胆石的位置、数目、大小及辨证类型有一定的关系。总胆管结石、单个结石、直径小于0.5cm 的结石及湿热型胆石的远期疗效较好。要提高远期疗效应选择合适的适应症、治疗时机、治法及药物。

This article reports long-term results of 164 cases of cholelithiasis treated non-operatively with Chinese traditional medicine,acupuncture,electrode plates and all-out purgative therapy to expel stones.Follow-up observation of 1-22 years shows that cases with excellent result(no symptom or sign reappearing after treatment)amounted to 29.88%;those with good result(slight symptom occurring occasionally,but better than before treatment)31.71%;and cases with poor result(with frequent relapse or being obliged to resort to surgical operation)38.41%.The long-term effect varied according to locality,number and size of the cholelith and the type of cholethiasis defined by differentiation diagnosis.The result of cholelith in choledochus was better than in gall bladder,single cholelith better than multiple,cholelith tess than 0.5cm in diameter better than bigger ones,and damp-heat type of cholelithiasis better than other types. The authors conclude that in order to get better long-term curative effect of non-operative therapy with TCM-WM treatment for cholelithiasis,choice of suitable therapy for particular cases,timely treatment,and employment of the right method and drugs are of vital importance.
