摘要
为进一步完善重组竹制品结构设计的基本理论,科学指导重组竹制品结构设计,通过破坏实验,比较分析了榫头厚度、榫头长度和榫眼中线位置对重组竹家具T型构件力学强度的影响。结果表明:3个因素的重要程度依次为:榫头长度>榫头厚度>榫眼中线位置。榫头长度以30~35 mm为宜,当方材断面尺寸大于35 mm×35 mm时,可采用暗榫结构;单榫榫头厚度以10~12 mm为宜,当方材断面尺寸大于40 mm×40 mm时,可采用双榫或多榫结构;榫眼的中线位置对构件力学强度产生的影响不大,在实际设计中单榫结构榫眼的中线位置与方材的中线位置应保持一致。
In order to perfect the basic theory of the structural design of the reconstructed bamboo material further,and provide a scientific guidance to structural design of the reconstructed bamboo material product,in this paper,the influences of tenon length,tenon thickness and mortise mid-line position on the mechanical strength were analyzed through destructive test.The results showed that their importance from high to low was tenon length,tenon thickness,and mortise mid-line position.Tenon length up to 30-35 mm was appropriate,when the square cross-section size was greater than 35 mm×35 mm,blind mortise can be adopted.The most appropriate single tenon thickness was 10-12 mm,double and multi tenons can be adopted when the square section size was larger than 40 mm×40 mm.The mid-line position of the mortise had little effect on the mechanical strength of the member.In the actual design,it is suggested that the mid-line position of the single mortise structure can be consistent with the center line position of the square material.
