摘要
研究介绍了竹材分选设备的研究现状,针对竹材壁厚识别未实现机械化自动化的问题,设计了1种竹材壁厚自动分选机,包括输送机构、壁厚测量机构、上料机构、储料机构以及控制系统,并详细说明了各机构的结构及工作原理,为竹材分选设备的设计制造提供了新的思路。
In this paper,the research status of bamboo sorting equipment was reviewed.In order to solve the problem of non-mechanized automation identification of bamboo wall thickness,and an automatic sorting machine for bamboo wall thickness was designed.It consisted of the conveyor,measurer system,feeder,hopper and control system.The structure and working principle of every parts were described in detail.This may provide a new idea for the design and manufacture of bamboo sorting equipment.
