超声弹性成像对乳腺肿瘤诊断的应用价值

Value of elastosonography in diagnosing breast lesions

目的探讨超声弹性成像整体应变率比值(SR)技术对乳腺良、恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法应用实时超声弹性成像SR技术检测乳腺肿瘤80例97个,并与手术病理组织学检查结果对照分析。结果本组乳腺肿瘤良性62个、恶性35个,其超声弹性成像整体应变率比值技术诊断的敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为85.7%、82.3%、83.5%。结论超声弹性成像对乳腺肿瘤良恶性的诊断具有临床实用价值。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of ultrasounic elastography(UE)in diagnosis of breast solid lesions.Methods Eighty patients with ninety-seven lesions underwent ultrasound and UE respectively before operation.The diagnostic data were compared with surgical pathological results.Results Final histology revealed 62 benign and 35 malignant lesions.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of UE were 85.7%,82.3%,83.5%,respectively.Conclusions UE is reliable in differentiating benign from malignant lesions,which could provide a comprehensive evaluation in the diagnosis of breast lesions.
