超导介入治疗老年女性宫腔积脓52例效果观察

Superconducting intervention for treating uterine empyema in elderly females:a clinical analysis of 52 cases

目的探讨超导介入治疗老年女性宫腔积脓的临床效果。方法选择2009年5月~2013年12月我科收治的老年女性宫腔积脓52例,采用超声引导下钝性分离宫颈管粘连、引流脓液、抗生素液冲洗宫腔的方法治疗。结果 52例全部治愈,治愈率100%。无一例出现子宫、膀胱、肠管损伤。结论超导介入治疗老年女性宫腔积脓具有安全、可靠、治愈率高等优点。

Objective To analyze the effects of superconductive intervention for treating uterine empyema of elderly females. Methods 52 cases of uterine empyema from May 2009 to Dec.2013 in this hospital were chosen and treated by superconducting intervention method to bluntly dissect cervical tube adhesion.Then pus was drained and uterine cavities were washed using antibiotics.Results With a cure rate of 100%,all patients in 52 cases were successfully cured.No uterus,bladder and bowel injuries occurred. Conclusions Superconducting intervention has the advantages of safety and high cure rate for treating uterine empyema of elderly females.
