血液透析室护理风险管理的实施及效果

Implementation of nursing risk management and its effects in a hemodialysis center

目的探讨血液透析室实施护理风险管理的效果。方法通过查阅我院血液透析室2010年8月~2012年8月患者满意度调查和护理质量评价分析(根据医院护理部制定的血液透析室质量检查表细则五十条)结果,以及护理不良事件记录和护士价值观体现等资料,评估本科室护理风险环节。于2012年9月~2014年9月针对存在风险的环节加强预防,建立健全管理制度与住院危重患者交接制度,定期对紧急事件进行演练,持续质量改进。结果护士能够有效地应对各种突发状况,增强了风险防范意识,提高了患者满意度,降低了护理风险发生率。结论实施风险管理能够有效地保障血液透析室的护理安全。

Objective To explore the effect of the implementation of nursing risk management in a hemodialysis center. Methods The data and records were reviewed during Dec.2012 to Nov.2013,about the satisfactory rate surveys and evaluation of the quality of care;the nursing adverse events were recorded monthly during the review meeting;the potential risk factors of the hemodialysis center were assessed.During Sept.2013 and Sept.2014,prevention of the risking factors were enhanced,and a sound management improvement system and hospital patient transfering system were established by regularly conducting emergency drills,and improving the quality continuously.Results Nurses could response for each emergency situation easily and effectively,and risk awareness and patient satisfaction were improved,so that the nursing risk was reduced. Conclusions The implementation of secondary prevention management can enhance the effective nursing risk management in the hemodialysis center.
