摘要 目的探讨多学科协作案例式教学(MDT+CBL)在骨科康复学教学中的应用效果。方法将58名2015级康复治疗专业本科学生随机分为试验组及对照组。试验组采用MDT+CBL教学。对照组采用传统教学方式(LBL)教学。教学结束后通过理论考试、技能操作及自评量表方式,比较2组教学效果。结果 MDT+CBL组理论成绩及技能操作成绩明显优于LBL组,并且在学习积极性、分析问题能力、解决实际问题能力、自主学习能力及团队合作意识方面均明显优于LBL组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科康复学教学中,MDT+CBL教学方法比传统LBL教学方法效果更有优势。 Objective To explore the effect of MDT+CBL in orthopaedic rehabilitation teaching.Methods 58 undergraduate students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.MDT and CBL were used in the experimental group,and LBL was used in the control group.In the end,theoretical examination,skill operation and self-rating scale were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical and skill scores of the MDT+CBL group were significantly higher than those of LBL group.Besides,learning enthusiasm,analyzing problem ability,solving practical problem ability,autonomous learning ability and team cooperation consciousness of the MDT+CBL group were superior to those of LBL group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MDT+CBL teaching method is more effective than traditional LBL teaching method in orthopedic rehabilitation teaching.
