中医院校护理教学中和谐师生关系的建设路径

The Construction and Path of Harmonious Teacher-Student Relationship in the Nursing Teaching in University of Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要 阐述了和谐师生关系的内涵,并通过对样本的抽样调查,分析本院外科护理教学中的师生关系现状,针对现状在教师教学素质培养、学生培养、交流平台建设、师生评价体系建设等四个主要方面进行实践探究。基于目前社会对护理领域人才的现实需求,以培养高质量临床护理人才为目标,从建设和谐师生关系途径,搭建贴近现代社会医疗领域实际要求的外科护理学教学体系。 The connotation of harmonious teacher-student relationship was explored,and the current situation of teacher-student relationship in surgical nursing teaching through the results of sample sampling survey was analyzed.In view of the present situation,the author explores in four main aspects as follows:developing teachers’teaching quality,developing students,constructing communication platform and constructing teacher-student evaluation system.Based on the current social needs of talents in the field of nursing,with the goal of cultivating high-quality clinical nursing talents,we are going to build a surgical nursing teaching system that is close to the actual requirements of the modern medical field from the perspective of building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.
