温针灸结合参苓白术散治疗慢性顽固性腹泻的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Shenling Baizhu Powder in the Treatment of Chronic Intractable Diarrhea

目的研究温针灸结合参苓白术散治疗慢性顽固性腹泻的疗效。方法选择中医消化内科2015年1月—2018年4月收治的172例顽固性腹泻患者为研究对象,随机将172例患者分为对照组(n=82,给予参苓白术散治疗)与观察组(n=90,给予参苓白术散结合温针灸治疗),对比2组临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率95.56%高于对照组70.73%,疗效对比差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组中医证候体征积分改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温针灸结合中药治疗慢性顽固性腹泻效果显著。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of warm ac upuncture combined with Shenling Baizhu powder on chronic refractory diarrhea.Methods 172 patients with refractory diarrhea admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to April 2018 were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(n=82)and the observation group(n=90),which were treated with Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with warm acupuncture.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%higher than that of the control group(70.73%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Warming needle moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating chronic refractory diarrhea.
