石膏临床应用广泛,老人、儿童、产后均可应用,历代医家善用石膏者多,这与石膏本身特性和灵活多样的方药配伍息息相关。临床症状千变万化,病人的个人体质,疾病的病位,发展趋势各不相同,如何准确应用药性及配伍方药非常重要。方药配伍关系并不是由同类功效药物单纯地、任意地叠加构成,而是要"方从法出,法随证立"。我们研究石膏与药对和药方组成及配比,可以很大程度提高临床疗效。

Gypsum is widely used in clinical treatment.It can be used in the prescription for the older people,children and postpartum women.There are many ancient famous doctors who use gypsum well,which is also due to the characteristics of gypsum itself and the flexible compatibility of various prescriptions.Based on the ever-changing clinical symptoms,the individual physique,organs and conditions of the patients are different.How to accurately apply the medicines and adjust the compatibility of medicinal materials is very important.The relationship between compatibility of prescriptions and medicines is not simply and arbitrarily superimposed by the same kind of effective medicinal materials,but follow the principle of'prescriptions are based on methods,and methods are determined with diseases'.The gypsum and compatibility application and composition and proportion of prescription we studied can greatly improve the clinical efficacy.
