化痰熄风活血散瘀方治疗高血压病30例

Phlegm Extinguishing Wind and Blood Circulation for Blood Stasis Prescription in Treating Hypertension for 30 Cases

目的观察化痰熄风活血散瘀方治疗高血压病(风痰瘀阻型)的降压效果。方法 60例风痰瘀阻型高血压病患者均来自宜春市中医院内科,采用单盲、随机的方法分配到化痰熄风活血散瘀方加西药组(治疗组30例)、西药组(对照组30例),治疗6周。结果 2组治疗前后收缩压血压差值、舒张压血压差值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),发现治疗组降压效果更好。结论采取化痰熄风活血散瘀方配合西药治疗高血压病(风痰瘀阻型),可更好控制患者血压。

Objective To observe the antihypertensive effect of phlegm extinguishing,blood circulation and blood stasis in treating hypertension(wind phlegm and blood stasis).Methods 60 patients with phlegm and blood stasis hypertensive disease came to Yichun hospital of traditional Chinese medicine for internal medicine,and were assigned to the Fangjiaxi drug group(30 cases in treatment group)and the Western drug group(30 cases in control group)by a single blind and random method.The treatment continued 6 weeks.Results The differences of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of hypertension(wind phlegm and blood stasis)with phlegm extinguishing and blood circulation and blood stasis in combination with Western medicine can better control the blood pressure of patients.
