电针配合立体动态干扰电治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Electroacupuncture Combined with Stereo-dynamic Interferential Electrotherapy on Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的观察电针配合立体动态干扰电治疗神经根型颈椎病(CSR)的临床疗效。方法将符合其纳入标准的60例神经根型患者随机分为电针配合立体动态干扰电疗法组(治疗组)及单独应用立体动态干扰电疗法组(对照组)2组,各30例。比较治疗1个疗程后2组受试患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组在临床疗效和疼痛改善方面都显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论电针配合立体动态干扰电治疗在缓解疼痛、改善颈部机能活动效果显著,其效果明显优于单独应用立体动态干扰电疗法,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of stereo-dynamic interferential electrotherapy and electric acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods 60 patients with nerve root type who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups:electroacupuncture plus stereoscopic dynamic interference electrotherapy group(treatment group)and stereoscopic dynamic interference electrotherapy group(control group),with 30 patients in each group.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups after 1 course of treatment.Results The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in terms of clinical efficacy and pain improvement(P<0.01).Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with stereoscopic dynamic interference electrotherapy has significant effect on relieving pain and improving neck function and activity,and its effect is better than that of the application of stereoscopic dynamic interference electrotherapy alone.
