针刺内关穴联合地尔硫■及硝酸甘油预防桡动脉痉挛的临床研究

Clinical Study on Acupuncture at Neiguan(PC6) Combined with Diltiazem and Nitroglycerin in the Prevention Radial Artery

目的探讨针刺内关穴联合地尔硫■及硝酸甘油预防桡动脉痉挛的临床效果。方法选取2017年9月—2018年9月在山东中医药大学第二附属医院接受经桡动脉路径行冠状动脉介入术治疗的患者80例,按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组患者鞘管内注入硝酸甘油与地尔硫■进行治疗;观察组在对照组基础上加用针刺内关穴进行治疗;观察2组患者的桡动脉痉挛的发生率、心率、舒张压、收缩压等指标。结果观察组患者桡动脉痉挛发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者的心率、舒张压及收缩压均无异常(P>0.05)。结论针刺内关穴联合地尔硫■及硝酸甘油预防桡动脉痉挛具有较好的临床效果,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture at Neiguan(PC6)combined with diltiazem and nitroglycerin in the prevention of radial artery spasm.Methods Eighty patients who underwent coronary artery intervention via the radial artery at the second affiliated hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2017 to September 1818 were enrolled.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the treatment.Forty patients in the control group were treated with nitroglycerin and diltiazem in the sheath.Forty patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture at Neiguan(PC6)on the basis of the control group.The incidence and heart rate of radial artery spasm,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and other indicators in the two groups were observed.Results The incidence of radial artery spasm in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no abnormalities in heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at Neiguan(PC6)combined with diltiazem and nitroglycerin has a good clinical effect in preventing radial artery spasm,which is worthy of popularization and application.
