中药封包联合艾灸治疗脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Chinese Herbal Medicine Packet Combined with Moxibustion in the Treatment of Epigastric Pain of Deficient Cold of Spleen and Stomach

目的观察中药封包联合艾灸治疗脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛的临床疗效。方法选取满足诊断标准的胃脘痛脾胃虚寒证的患者80例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例。对照组给予奥美拉唑等常规治疗,治疗组则在对照组的基础上加用中药封包和艾灸联合治疗。2周为1个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率为95.0%(38/40);对照组总有效率为80.0%(32/40)。2组疗效比较差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组平均疼痛缓解时间为(2.6±1.1)天,对照组为(4.7±1.3)天,2组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组平均住院时日为(13.2±4.1)天,对照组为(16.1±4.6)天,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药封包联合艾灸能显著提高脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者的临床疗效,明显缩短疼痛缓解时间和住院时间,具有疗效确切、减轻患者经济负担的价值,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese herbal medicine packet combined with moxibustion in the treatment of epigastric pain of deficient cold of spleen and stomach.Methods A total of 80 above patients were included.The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.Omeprazole was only included as control group.The experimental group was treated with omeprazole and Chinese herbal medicine packet combined with moxibustion.The duration of therapy is 2 weeks.Results The overall response rates of the experimental groups(95%)was significantly better than the control(80%),and there was statistically significant between both group(P<0.05).The the average pain relief time of the experimental group(2.6±1.1)days was significantly less than that of the control group(4.7±1.3)days(P<0.05).The hospitalization of the experimental group(13.2±4.1)days was significantly less than that of the control group(16.1±4.6)days(P<0.05).Conclusion There has been significant improvement in clinical syndromes,and reduction in both pain relief times and hospital stay of the patients treated with Chinese herbal medicine packet combined with moxibustion.Consequently Chinese herbal medicine packet combined with moxibustion has curative effect,and reduce the economic burden of patients,and it is available currently.
