金海化石汤对肾结石大鼠模型的治疗作用

Therapeutic Effect on Jinhai Huashi Decoction on Rat Model of Renal Calculus

目的观察金海化石汤对肾结石模型大鼠的治疗作用。方法采用乙二醇加氯化铵法制作大鼠肾结石模型,观察金海化石汤给药后对大鼠24 h排尿量、肾脏系数、肾组织病理学、血清尿素氮、肌酐、24 h尿钙分泌量的影响。结果金海化石汤可显著增加24h排尿量、降低大鼠的肾组织肿胀、肾小管扩张程度、坏死及炎性渗出等,显著降低血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Crea)水平(P <0.05～0.01),显著增加24 h尿钙分泌量(P <0.05)。结论金海化石汤可增加排尿量、促进肾和血液中钙离子排泄和代谢,减轻大鼠肾组织因结石引起的损伤和病变、从而治疗肾结石。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Jinhai Huashi decoction on kidney stone model rats.Methods The kidney stone model of rats was established by the method of ethylene glycol and ammonium chloride,and the effects of jinhai fossil decoction on the urine output,kidney coefficient,renal histopathology,serum urea nitrogen,creatinine,calcium secretion at 24 h were observed.Results Jinhai Huashi decoction can significantly increase the urine output for 24 hours,reduce renal tissue swelling,renal tubular dilation,necrosis and inflammatory exudation in rats,significantly reduce the levels of blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and creatinine(Crea)(P<0.05~0.01),and significantly increase calcium secretion in urine for 24 hours(P<0.05).Conclusion Jinhai Huashi decoction can increase the urine output,promote the excretion and metabolism of calcium ions in the kidney and blood,relieve the injury and pathological changes caused by calculi in the renal tissue of rats,and thus treat renal calculi.
