六味安消胶囊联合伊托必利对功能性消化不良患者胃容受性及症状的影响

Effect of Liuwei Anxiao Capsule Combined with Itopride on Stomach Receptivity and Symptoms in Patients with Functional Dyspepsia

目的分析六味安消胶囊联合伊托必利联合疗法治疗功能性消化不良的效果,观察其对患者胃容受性及症状的影响。方法选择2016年6月—2018年1月我院进行临床诊治的功能性消化不良患者患者100例,按照不同的用药治疗方法分成联合用药组和对照组,各50例。联合用药组采用中西医结合用药方案六味安消胶囊联合伊托必利联合疗法施治,对照组采用单用伊托必利进行施治。用药后比较2组患者的胃容受性及症状减轻有效率。结果联合用药组症状减轻有效率为88.0%(44/50),显著高于对照组的有效率62.0%(35/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,与治疗前比较,2组患者临床症状积分均有所降低,但联合用药组症状积分降低程度显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前胃容受性分别为联合用药组(311.45±75.63)m L,对照组(312.35±80.24)m L,治疗后均显著增加,且联合用药组(397.45±82.61)m L,显著好于对照组(350.27±77.25)m L,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合用药六味安消胶囊联合伊托必利联合疗法可以有效减轻功能性消化不良症状,提高胃容受性,是功能性消化不良的有效治疗方案。

Objective To analyze the effect of Liuwei Anxiao capsule combined with itopride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia,and to observe the effects of gastric tolerance and symptoms in patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with functional dyspepsia who underwent clinical diagnosis and treatment in our hospital from June 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled.According to different medications,100 patients were divided into a combination group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The combination group was treated with the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,Liuwei Anxiao capsule combined with itopride combined therapy,and the control group was treated with itopride alone.After treatment,the gastric tolerance and symptom reduction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The effective rate of symptom reduction in the combination group was 88%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(62%)(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,compared with before treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were reduced,but the degree of symptom score reduction in the combination group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The patients were treated with the combination group(311.45±75.63)mL and the control group(312.35±80.24)mL,which increased significantly after treatment,and the combination group(397.45±82.61)mL was significantly better than the control group(350.27±77.25).There was a statistically significant difference in mL(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated Chinese and Western medicine Liuwei Anxiao capsule combined with itopride combination therapy can effectively alleviate the symptoms of functional dyspepsia and improve gastric tolerance.It is an effective treatment for functional dyspepsia.
