摘要
黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院妇科生物样本库现为建立初期,本文以吴效科老师"中药复方与微粉化黄体酮对先兆流产妇女活产的影响"项目血样本流程管理为切入点,阐述严格的质量控制及信息化管理是样本库建设的关键。生物样本库是开展"转化医学"研究的重要基础。我们要通过整合自身资源,不断完善样本库的建设,为生物样本的再利用提供有力保障。未来的智能化管理是生物样本库发展的必然趋势。
The gynecological biological sample database of the first hospital affiliated to Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine is now the initial stage of establishment.This paper takes the blood sample process management of project'the influence of traditional Chinese medicine compound and micronized progesterone on the live birth of women with threatened abortion'as the entry point,and elaborates that strict quality control and informationalized management are the key points of sample database construction.Biological sample database is an important basis for the research of'translational medicine'.By integrating our own resources,we will constantly improve the construction of the sample pool and provide a strong guarantee for the reuse of biological samples.Future intelligent management is an inevitable trend of the development of biological sample database.
