高等医学院校中医药教学名师内涵建设的思考

Thoughts on the Connotation Construction of Famous Chinese Medicine Teachers in Higher Medical Colleges

目的探讨高校中医药教学名师的内涵建设,更好发挥教学名师的示范引领作用。方法通过总结教学名师自身成长的经验及不足,就目前各高校及中医药院校质量工程中教学名师建设情况的相关文献,进行归纳分析总结。结果教学名师的职业素养内涵建设应包括:广博、夯实的专业知识素养,高尚、积极的医教思想境界,创新、科学的教育教学理念;教学名师的示范引领及传帮带作用;有效利用高校名师培养的新平台。结论教学名师及队伍建设是一个动态发展的过程,要不断加强内涵建设,也要示范引领一批热爱高等教育和中医药事业的教师成为名师,为办好中国特色、世界水平的中医药高等教育奠定基础。

Objective By discussing the connotation construction of famous teachers in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine,we expect full play to the leading role of famous teachers.Methods The experience and deficiency of the famous teachers’own growth,and the relevant literatures about the construction of famous teachers in teaching quality project in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine was summarized.Results The connotation construction of professional quality of famous teachers should include extensive and solid professional knowledge and accomplishment,noble and positive medical and educational ideological realm,innovative and scientific education teaching idea;demonstration and guidance of famous teachers and the role as a guide,effective using of the new platform for cultivating famous teachers in universities.Conclusion Famous teachers and team construction is a dynamic process of development,which should be continuously strengthened the connotation construction,and should lead a group of teachers loving higher education and traditional Chinese medicine become famous teachers.All these will lay the foundation for the success of traditional Chinese medicine higher education with Chinese characteristics and world level.
