中医类成人教育业余学生的临床实习教学现状及对策

The Current Situation and Countermeasures of Teaching in Clinical Practice of Adult Education in Traditional Chinese Medicine

通过对中医院校成人教育业余学生的临床实践实习现状进行总结和分析,针对存在的突出问题,提出加强临床实习教学环节的规范化管理,强化基础理论、基本技能的培训,细化学生的实习指导管理和改进临床实习的评价形式等建议和讨论,以促进成人业余学生的临床实习教学改革,全面提升其基本素质和基本技能,并为今后进一步开展教学研究提供依据。

Through the clinical practice of adult education part-time students’internship status are summarized and analyzed.Aiming at the existing problems,the author put forward to strengthen the standardized management of clinical practice teaching,strengthening the basic theory,basic skills training,the students internship management refinement and improvement of evaluation methods are proposed and discussed the clinical practice,in order to promote the teaching reform of the clinical adult part-time students practice,improve the basic quality and the basic skill,and provide the basis for further research on teaching.
