摘要
目的 PBL结合循证医学在骨科教学查房中的应用评价。方法在锦州医科大学附属第一医院骨科生产实习的2013级临床医学本科生30人,随机原则分为5组,每组进行4次教学查房,其中传统式教学查房2次,PBL结合EBM教学查房2次。全部教学查房结束后,采用问卷调查的方式来评估学生的满意度情况。结果 PBL结合EBM教学查房中,学生在增强骨科学习兴趣、提高学习效率、提高自主学习能力、增强分析问题的能力、提高对疾病的记忆和理解、授课满意度方面均明显优于传统教学查房组(P<0.05)。结论在骨科教学查房中运用PBL结合循证医学的教学模式,教学效果满意。
Objective To evaluate the application PBL combined with evidence-based medicine in orthopedics teaching ward round.Methods Thirty clinical medical undergraduates of grade 2013 from the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University were randomly divided into five groups. Each group underwent four teaching rounds, including two traditional teaching rounds and two PBL and EBM rounds. After the end of all teaching rounds, a questionnaire survey was conducted to assess students’ satisfaction. Results PBL combined with EBM teaching rounds, students in the enhancement of orthopedics learning interest, improve learning efficiency,improve self-learning ability, enhance the ability to analyze problems, improve the memory and understanding of the disease, teaching satisfaction are significantly better than the traditional teaching rounds group. Conclusion Using PBL in combination with evidencebased medicine in teaching rounds of Department of orthopedics, the teaching effect is satisfactory.
