Experience of Professor You Ke in Treating Stroke

本文旨在通过分析尤可教授对中风病机的认识,尤师认为中风的关键病机是肝阳上亢,病变过程中,瘀血内阻为主要病理产物,本病易遗留肢体活动不利后遗症的主要因素是痰浊内停。基于以上病机的认识,尤师以平肝潜阳,活血豁痰通络为指导原则组方,根据患者病情,可加入益气养阴药物,在临床上效果良好。本文还附有2例尤师治疗中风典型病案,陈述尤师诊疗中风的思想精髓,以期系统的总结和学习尤师的经验,达到触类旁通之效。

This paper aims to analyze professor Yuke’s understand ing of the mechanism of stroke, and thinks that the key pathogenesis of stroke is hyperactivity of liver yang, and the main pathological product of blood stasis during the course of the disease. Based on the understanding of the above pathogenesis, Professor You adopts suppressing hyperactive liver and subsiding yang and activating blood circulation and sputum circulation as the guiding principles. According to the patient ’s condition, can add tonifying qi and yin drugs and achieve good therapeutic effect in clinic. This paper also attached two typical cases of rheumatism and t treatment, and stated the essence of Professor You’s thought about stroke, in the hope of systematically summarizing and learning Professor You’s experience, and reaching the effect of touch bypass.
