大黄牡丹皮汤联合普济痔疮栓和龙珠软膏治疗肛窦炎80例

Dahuang Mudanpi Decoction Combined with Puji Hemorrhoid Suppository and Longzhu Ointment in the Treatment of Anal Sinusitis for 80 Cases

目的探讨大黄牡丹皮汤联合普济痔疮栓和龙珠软膏治疗肛窦炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院2017年5月—2018年5月门诊诊治的肛窦炎患者160例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各80例。治疗组以大黄牡丹皮汤联合普济痔疮栓和龙珠软膏进行治疗;对照组以康复新联合复方角菜酸酯栓和复方多粘菌素B软膏进行治疗。对比分析2组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为92.5%(74/80),对照组总有效率为65%(52/80),2组患者的试验数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结果表明,运用大黄牡丹皮汤联合普济痔疮栓和龙珠软膏治疗肛窦炎,具有较为满意的临床疗效。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Dahuang Mudanpi decoction combined with Puji hemorrhoid suppository and Longzhu ointment in the treatment of anal sinusitis. Methods This experiment was conducted on 160 cases of anal sinusitis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018. Patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The treatment group was treated with Dahuang Mudanpi decoction combined with Puji hemorrhoid suppository and Longzhu ointment. The control group was treated with rehabilitation combined with compound carrageenate suppository and compound polymyxin B ointment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was92.5%(74/80). The total effective rate of the control group was 65%(52/80). The experimental data of the two groups showed significant statistical differences(P < 0.05). Conclusion The results showed that Dahuang Mudanpi decoction combined with Puji hemorrhoid suppository and Longzhu ointment is effective in treating anal sinusitis.
