参苓白术散治疗脾胃虚弱型小儿腹泻的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Shenling Baizhu Powder in Treating Deficiency of Spleen and Stomach Diarrhea in Children

目的探讨参苓白术散汤对脾胃虚弱型小儿腹泻的治疗效果。方法随机选择我院2015年10月—2017年10月收治的脾胃虚弱型小儿腹泻患者78例,依照治疗手段分为对照组和观察组。对照组用常规疗法,给予观察组患者参苓白术散汤。对比2组治疗成效。结果对照组和观察组治疗总有效率分别为76.92%和94.87%,存在明显差异(P<0.05);对照组患者腹泻缓解时间、脱水缓解时间和腹泻缓解时间明显长于对照组,存在统计学层面的数据差异(P<0.05);2组患者接受治疗前的血管活性肽(vasoactive peptide,VIP)和神经肽Y((neuropeptideY,NPY)水平间不存在统计学差异(P>0.05),对照组治疗后VIP水平明显高于观察组,NPY水平明显低于观察组,数据间有统计学差异产生(P<0.05)。结论参苓白术散汤治疗脾胃虚弱型小儿腹泻,既可提高疾病治疗效果,缩短临床症状缓解时间,也可改善患者VIP和BPY水平,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Shenling Baizhu powder on diarrhea in children with deficiency of spleen and stomach. Methods From October 2015 to October 2017, 78 children with diarrhea of spleen and stomach asthenia were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment methods. The control group was treated with routine therapy, and the patients in the observation group were treated with Shenling Baizhu powder. The curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rates of the control group and the observation group were 76.92 % and94.87%, respectively(P < 0.05). While the diarrhea relief time and dehydration relief in the control group was significantly longer than that of the observation group(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the levels of vasoactive peptide(vasoactive peptide, VIP) and neuropeptide Y(neuropeptideY, NPY between the two groups before treatment( P > 0. 05). The level of VIP in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group after treatment. The level of NPY of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Shenling Baizhu powder can be used to treat diarrhea in children with asthenia of spleen and stomach, has highly therapeutic effect, shorten clinical symptom remission time and improve the levels of VIP and BPY in patients, abd is worth popularizing and applying.
