中西医结合治疗颅咽管瘤切除术后视神经萎缩1例

Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Optic Atrophy afer the Excision of Craniopharyngioma for One Case

视神经萎缩是指以视功能损害及眼底视盘颜色改变为临床主要表现的常见致盲性眼病。目前,西医对于视神经萎缩尚无特效治疗方法。报道1例颅咽管瘤切除术后双眼视神经萎缩的患者,经中西医结合治疗后取得良好疗效。

Optic atrophy is a common blinding eye disease characterized by visual impairment and color change of optic disc. At present, there is no specific treatment for optic atrophy in Western medicine. A case of binocular optic atrophy after the excision of craniopharyngioma was treated in the department of ophthalmology of our hospital. After treatment with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, a good effect was obtained.
