摘要
目的确定红花祛风贴的最佳制备工艺,并对其进行初步药理学研究。方法采用单因素实验,以外观和钢珠滑行距离为考核指标,优选贴剂的最佳制备工艺;采用扭体实验,以扭体次数为考核指标,评价贴剂的镇痛作用;以LD50和刺激反应分作为考察指标,对贴剂的毒性和刺激性进行初步评价。结果最佳制备工艺为:压敏胶∶增稠剂∶润湿剂比例为100∶0.90∶0.10,载药量为14%,增塑剂用量为0.5%,烘干温度60℃,烘干时间60 min;与空白组相比较,给药组可有效降低实验小鼠的扭体次数,且无毒无刺激性。结论确定的制备工艺设计合理、结果稳定,缓解疼痛作用明显、安全。
Objective To determine best preparation process of Honghua Qufeng patch, and its preliminary pharmacological study was carried out. Methods With the single factor experiment, the optimum preparation technology of the patch was selected with the appearance and the distance of the steel ball sliding as the evaluation index, and the torsion body experiment was used to evaluate the analgesic effect of the patch with the number of twisting bodies as the evaluation index. The toxicity and irritation of patches were evaluated by LD50 and stimulus response. Results The best preparation process: pressure sensitive adhesive: thickener: the proportion of wetting agent was 100:0.90:0.10, the amount of drug loading was 14%, the dosage of plasticizer was 0.5%, the drying temperature was 60, and the drying time was 60 min. Compared with the blank group, the administration group could effectively reduce the number of writhing times in the experimental mice, and was non-toxic and non irritating. Conclusion The preparation process is reasonable and stable, and the pain relieving effect is obvious and safe.
