颈肌筋膜炎又称颈肌筋膜疼痛综合征,是近年来的临床常见疾病,是由无菌性炎症引起的疾病,包括肌肉、筋膜、韧带等软组织的炎症,以颈项部的普遍长期性的疼痛、僵硬感、活动受限为主要临床症状。本文意在通过对近年来有关针灸及其他特色治疗方法治疗颈部经筋疾病的部分文献进行收集整理分析,为临床提供参考依据。
