摘要
随着时代的发展,我国高等教育也在快速的发展,传统的中医诊断学研究生培养模式已不适应新形势的需要。为探索中医诊断学硕士研究生培养管理模式,以河南中医药大学为例,从课程模式的创新、科研能力的培养、导师队伍素质的提高、与实践结合和个性化培养等几个方面进行讨论分析,以期对中医诊断学硕士研究生的培养管理模式开拓新思路。
With the development of the times, Chinese higher education is developing rapidly. The traditional postgraduate training mode of TCM diagnostics can not meet the needs of the new situation.In order to explore the mode of training and management of graduate students in traditional Chinese medicine diagnostics, taking Henan University of traditional Chinese Medicine as an example,this paper discusses the innovation of curriculum model, the cultivation of scientific research ability and the improvement of the quality of the tutors. This paper discusses and analyzes several aspects such as combining with practice and individualized training in order to open up new ideas for the training and management mode of postgraduate students in diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine.
