《诸病源候论》是我国现存最早的病源证候学专著,其记录诸证病因病机之后多附"养生方导引法"作为疾病的康复指导,故可视为我国古代采用物理运动疗法对疾病进行康复医疗的第一部专书。近年来随着人们对运动康复、防治保健的重视,又凸显了该书中运动康复思想的科学指导价值。从重视运动康复和健体,动则生阳、补气血祛风冷,意形并存、形神并修,调息行气并举,动静结合、适度适量,异病同功法6个方面对《诸病源候论》运动导引方进行文献梳理,旨在为临床提供更为系统、实用的运动康复思想指导。

General Treatise on Causes and Manifestations of All Diseases( 《诸病源候论》) is the earliest extant monograph of disease etiology in China. It records the etiology and pathogenesis of the syndromes and attaches the'health guidance method'as the rehabilitation guide for the disease recovery,so it can be regarded as the first book on physical exercise therapy for rehabilitation of diseases in ancient China. In recent years,with the emphasis on sports rehabilitation,prevention and treatment,and health preservation,the scientific guiding value of the sports rehabilitation thought in the book has been highlighted. The literature on sports guiding methods in General Treatise on Causes and Manifestations of All Diseases were combed from 6 aspects,i. e. emphasis on sports rehabilitation and fitness;movement generating yang,invigorating vital energy,and eliminating wind cold;coexistence and cultivation of the shape and mind;breathing regulation and qi movement;integration of motion and quietness,moderate and appropriate;and same method used for different diseases,aiming to provide a more systematic and practical sports rehabilitation thoughts guidance for the clinic.
