从《伤寒杂病论》中治疗肾病的经方诠释中药四气五味理论 被引量:8

Interpreting Four Natures and Five Flavors Theory of Chinese Materia Medica: Based on Kidney Disease Treatment by Classic Prescription in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases( 《伤寒杂病论》)

摘要 四气五味是药性理论的核心内容,直接反映了药物的治疗作用,其主要思想是通过药物四气五味的偏性以调节阴阳,补救偏颇,诊疗疾病。通过阐述四气五味理论的基本内涵及其与肾病的密切联系,分析四气五味理论在《伤寒杂病论》治疗肾病经方中的应用,包括四气五味单药理论治疗肾病,四气五味配伍理论如寒热协同、寒热互制、寒热互补、辛甘化阳、酸甘化阴、辛开苦降等,以期启发肾病治疗的新思路,加深对四气五味理论的认识。 Four natures and five flavors theory is the core contents of property theory about traditional Chinese herbs,which directly shows the herbs’ therapeutic effectiveness,whose main thoughts are to diagnose and cure diseases by regulating the balance of yin and yang with four natures and five flavors of herbs. This paper interpreted the basic connotation of four natures and five flavors theory and its close connection with kidney disease,and analyzed its application in the treatment of kidney disease by classic prescription in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases( 《伤寒杂病论》),including the four natures and five flavors’ single medicine theory in treating kidney disease,four natures and five flavors’ compatibility theory such as cooperation of the cold and the heat herbs,interaction of the cold and the heat herbs,complementation of the cold and the heat herbs,acridness and sweetness producing yang,sourness and sweetness producing yin,acridness ascending and bitterness descending,through which to enlighten the new idea of treating kidney disease and deepen the understanding of the four natures and five flavors theory.
