HE Ruoping's Experience in Treating Primary Liver Cancer Based on Syndrome Differentiation

介绍何若苹辨治原发性肝癌的经验。认为原发性肝癌是本虚标实的疾病,常在肝肾阴虚、脾胃虚弱的基础上,由于饮食不洁、情志失调、起居无常、感染邪毒等病因,导致气滞、痰浊、瘀血、热毒等,日久酿生本病。临证施治时,应辨虚实,适时攻补,常以滋育肝肾、健脾益气以扶正补虚;同时辨清时机,施以理气解郁、化痰散结、活血化瘀、清热解毒等祛邪之法。针对黄疸、发热等急症,善于运用清热利湿法退黄、清热解毒法解热,并随症灵活化裁,防治并发症。

This paper introduced HE Ruoping’s experience in treating primary liver cancer.She considers that the disease belongs to deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.Based on liver-kidney yin deficiency and spleen-stomach weakness,improper diet,emotional maladjustment,irregular life and virus infection lead to qi stagnation,blood stasis,turbid phlegm and toxic heat.And long-term accumulation causes the disease.Therefore,the treatment should be based on syndrome differentiation with both tonification and elimination.Usually nourishing liver and kidney,and replenishing spleen qi should be applied to reinforce the healthy qi and tonify the deficiency.At the same time,it is important to take some measures to eliminate pathogenic factors at the appropriate time,which include smoothing qi and relieving the depressed liver,resolving phlegm and dissipating masses,activating the blood and resolving the stasis,clearing heat and removing toxicity.What’s more,for the acute diseases of jaundice and fever,she is good at using clearing heat and removing dampness method to treat jaundice,and clearing heat and removing toxin method to antipyretic.Besides,flexible modification should be applied to prevent complications.
