从“头气有街”探讨头穴丛刺法治疗缺血性中风

Discussion on the Treatment of Ischemic Stroke by Scalp Cluster Needling from “the Pathway of Head Qi”

头穴丛刺法是于致顺教授在临床不断实践和总结中得出的针刺治疗手法,在治疗缺血性中风的临床实践中取得了良好的成效。根据《灵枢》中所提到的'头气有街'观点,结合古籍及现代研究相关理论,依次从'街'的形态结构、'头气'的组成以及头部气街的功能三个层面,剖析'头气有街'理论的内涵,并以此作为理论基础,结合缺血性中风病因病机与'头气有街'的内在联系,阐释头穴丛刺法在临床治疗缺血性中风时治病求本的思路,为头穴丛刺法治疗缺血性中风提供一定理论依据。

Scalp cluster needling is an acupuncture treatment method developed and summarized by Professor YU Zhishun in clinical practice.It has achieved good results in the clinical research of treating ischemic stroke.According to the point of'the pathway of qi'mentioned in Spiritual Pivot(《灵枢》),combined with the ancient books and modern research related theories,from the form structure of'the pathway',the composition of'head qi'and the function of the pathway of head qi,this paper explored the connotation of the theory of'the pathway of head qi',and use this as a theoretical basis.Combined with the intrinsic relationship between the etiology and pathogenesis of ischemic stroke and the'the pathway of head qi',this paper explained the idea of treating disease by the root causes when using scalp cluster needling in clinical treatment of ischemic stroke,which provided a theoretical basis for the treatment of ischemic stroke with scalp cluster needling.
