WANG Xisheng’s Experience in Treating Malignant Tumors Based on Syndrome Differentiation with Supporting,Resolving,Consolidating,Regulating Methods

总结王希胜基于对恶性肿瘤'虚、瘀、结、毒'病机的认识,以'扶、化、固、调'为治则辨治恶性肿瘤的经验。'扶'即扶助正气,培益本源;'化'涵盖活血化瘀、化痰祛湿、软坚散结、清热解毒;'固'即养胃气、助胃用;'调'即调和气血、平秘阴阳、调理脏腑及调畅情志。临证以健脾补肾、扶正抗癌为根本,常选用自拟方健脾补肾汤加减治疗。

This paper summarized WANG Xisheng’e experience in treating malignant tumors based on syndrome differentiation with principles of'supporting,resolving,consolidating,regulating',based on his understanding of pathogenesis of malignant tumors such as'deficiency,stasis,mass,toxin'.'Supporting'means supporting healthy qi,and cultivating root sources;'Resolving'covers activing blood to resolve stasis,resolving phlegm to eliminate dampness,softening hard and dissipating mass,clearing heat to remove toxin;'Consolidating'means nourishing stomach qi,and improving stomach function;'Regulating'means regulating qi and blood,balancing yin and yang,regulating zang-fu organs and emotions.Clinical treatment should be rooted in invigorating the spleen,tonifying the kidney,supporting the healthy qi and anti-tumor.Self-made prescription modified Jianpi Bushen Decoction(健脾补肾汤)was commonly used for treatment.
