从“皮筋经络脏腑”整体观论治偏头痛

Treatment of Migraine from the Holistic View of “Skin and Tendon-Meridian-Zang-fu Organs”

偏头痛发病的主要因素为风扰头络、内伤气火痰瘀阻络,主要病理演变过程为经脉失和、络脉闭阻,而影响偏头痛发病部位的主要因素为不同络脉闭阻。在目前应用较多的循少阳经取穴治疗的基础上,从'皮筋-经络-脏腑'系统整体观探讨偏头痛的预防和治疗,即从脏腑、经脉、络脉、经筋、皮部由内至外或由外至内全面探查经络藏邪之处,驱邪外出,同时辨别病因病机、解除疾病源头,先安未受邪之地、截断疾病发展途径,可以为缩短偏头痛诊疗时间、减少复发次数提供思路。

The main factors affecting the incidence of migraine are wind disturbance head collateral,internal injury of qi and fire,and phlegm stasis obstructing the collateral.The main pathological evolution process is unbalance of meridian and collateral obstruction.The main factors affecting the location of migraine are different collateral obstruction.On the basis of the currently used treatment of Shaoyang meridian acupoints,the prevention and treatment of migraine was discussed from the holistic view of the'skin and tendon-meridian-Zang-fu organs'system,that is,from Zang-fu organs,meridians,collaterals,tendon,and skin,from the inside to the outside or from the outside to the inside to comprehensively explore the location of pathogenic factors in the meridians and collaterals and expel them out.At the same time,the pathogenesis was identified to relieve the source of the disease,to secure the unaffected areas,cut off the path of disease development,which can provide ideas for shortening the time of treatment of migraine,reducing the number of recurrences.
