中药防感香囊对成人流行性感冒预防效果的随机对照预试验

Protective Effect of Influenza-Protective Herbal Sachet on Adult Influenza: a Randomized Controlled Trial Pilot Study

目的观察中药防感香囊对成人流行性感冒发病情况的临床预防效果。方法在2018年季节性流感高发期,将符合纳入标准的受试者随机分为香囊组80例和对照组80例,香囊组给予具有芳香避秽作用的中药防感香囊(推荐放置在办公室、床头、枕边等处)不定时嗅吸,至少每日3次,每次不少于1 min,2周或气味消失后更换中药内容物,连续使用2个月;对照组不采用任何干预措施。每月采用电话形式随访1次,比较两组受试者流感样病例发生情况及发热、咽痛、咳嗽、乏力症状发生情况。结果在1个月、2个月时流感样病例中发热兼见咳嗽的人数香囊组低于对照组,但两组比较差异无统计意义(P> 0. 05)。1个月、2个月时流感样病例中发热兼见咽痛的人数少于对照组(P <0. 05)。1个月时,香囊组出现发热、咽痛、咳嗽、乏力症状人数少于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。2个月时,香囊组出现以上症状的人数低于对照组(P≤0. 01)。结论中药防感香囊对流行性感冒症状及发病有潜在的预防作用,连续使用2个月后效果明显。

Objective To evaluate the clinical protective effect of Influenza-Protective herbal sachet(IPHS)on adult influenza.Methods During the influenza season in 2018,the volunteers who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a herbal sachet group and a control group with 80 volunteers of each group.The herbal sachet group was given IPHS with functions of aroma avoiding filth(recommended to be placed in the office,bedside,pillow,etc.),to sniff from time to time,at least 3 times a day,no less than 1 minute each time.The contents were replaced after 2 weeks or after the aroma disappeared,and used it continuously for 2 months.The control group was not treated.All volunteers accepted 1 telephone interview per month.The incidence of influenza-like cases and fever,sore throat,cough,and fatigue symptoms were compared between groups.Results In the influenza-like cases in 1 month and 2 months,the number of volunteers with fever and cough in the herbal sachet group was smaller than the control group,but there was no significant differences between groups(P>0.05).And the number of volunteers with fever and sore throat was smaller than the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month,the number of volunteers with symptoms of fever,sore throat,cough,and fatigue was smaller than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 2 months,the number of the volunteers with above symptoms in the herbal sachet group was smaller than that of the control group(P≤0.01).Conclusion IPHS has the potential effect in prevention of seasonal influenza and the effect is more obvious after using two months.
