摘要
介绍了我国机床铸件的质量现状,论述了我国机床铸件的低碳当量、高强度对机床的精度及精度保持性的影响。指出提高高端数控精密机床铸件质量的核心是高碳当量、高强度、高刚度与低应力。通过对国内一些生产企业调查,对如何提高机床铸件的质量提出了几点建议。
The status of machine tool casting in China was introduced. The effects of low carbon equivalent and high strength on machine tool precision and precision retentivity were discussed. The high carbon equivalent,strength, rigidity and low stress are key technology for increasing high quality numerical control precision machine tool casting quality. Some advices were put forward for increasing machine tool casting quality.
