摘要
洒点式任意点浇口压铸模相对于传统的边缘浇口压铸模,能使压铸件因壁厚、离浇口距离悬殊导致的各处力学性能和密度不均得到改善。利用定距拉杆分型,开模时拉断内浇道与横浇道接驳点,三分型面模具结构能够满足拉断的要求。为使定模顶出机构安装便捷、占空间小,使用了碟形弹簧顶出机构。介绍了快速换模装置、模桥定位和支撑、快换顶针机构及自动雾化冷却。
The mechanical properties and uneven density of pin-point gates of die casting mould have been improved everywhere compared with the edge gates of traditional die casting mould because of the distance of gates from the wall thickness. Limit-bolt was used to control the distance, the meeting barge point between upright flow channel and branch flow channel were snapped when the mould was opened, the structure of three joint surfaces can meet snap requirement. An integrated dish shape Belleville spring stripping mechanism was applied for its easy installation in fixed half and for less occupies space requirement. A description was given to the quick die change system, mould bridge position support, the quick pin change system and automatic spray cooling.
