摘要
将石膏型熔模铸造和反重力铸造工艺相结合进行镁合金铸造,研究了铸型预热温度对ZM5镁合金石膏型铸态组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,最佳铸型预热温度为330~350℃时,镁合金铸态性能较好,试样抗拉强度为(190±5)MPa,伸长率(1.5±0.4)%,增加预热温度,力学性能下降。对镁合金薄壁件成形来说,提高铸型预热温度是一种最佳选项。
The gypsum mould and counter gravity casting process are combined for magnesium alloy casting to study the effect of mold preheating temperature on as-cast microstructure and mechanical property of ZM5 magnesium alloy. The results showe that the optimal preheating temperature with maximum mechanical properties is 330-350 ℃ at which tensile strength is(195±5) MPa, elongation(1.5±0.4) %, and with preheating temperature increasing, the mechanical properties decrease. For magnesium alloy thin-wall parts, incresing mold preheating temperature is an optimal option for good forming.
