摘要
针对化工、化妆品行业使用的对加热均匀性要求极高的加热盘部件,采用原机加工后装配电热丝的方法,加工周期长、费力且成本高,无法解决密封、装配间隙等难题,达不到满意效果。提出整体铸造式,利用计算机模拟技术,设计了合理的铸造工艺方案,并通过实际浇注及检验和加工试用,解决了原工艺的缺点,满足了使用要求。
It demand high uniformity for the heating plate used in the industry of chemistry, cosmetics and so on.The original process can not meet the requirement well. The heating plate was machined and then assembled with the thermocouple wire, which is expensive, long cycle and laborious. More important, it can not resolve the problem of sealing and assembly space. So the whole-casting process was put forward, the reasonable casting process was designed by using computer simulation, by the production trial, test and machine part. The results show that design, the weakness of the original process was resolved, and the castings meet the technical requirements.
