摘要
介绍了单重22.6 t、最大壁厚超过200 mm、牌号为QT500-7的球铁端盖铸件的生产实践。通过ProCAST模拟软件优化铸造工艺,合理采用保温冒口和冷铁,选用优质炉料,选择合适的化学成分和铁液温度,采用喂线球化处理和孕育处理,获得了合格的铸件。铸件检验结果表明:各项力学性能均达到了QT500-7材料标准的要求,铸件质量完全符合无损检测技术要求。结果表明,该生产工艺可行。
This paper introduces the production practice of the ductile iron end cover castings with single weight of 22.6 t, the maximum wall thickness of over 200 mm and the material grade of QT500-7. Through optimizing the casting process by using the ProCAST simulation software, adopting the insulating risers and chills reasonably, selectiing high quality raw materials, determining suitable chemical composition and molten iron temperature, using the wire feeding spheroidization and inoculation treatment, the qualified end cover castings have been obtained. The inspection results of castings show that all mechanical properties of the castings meet the requirements of QT500-7 ductile iron, and the quality of castings is fully in conformity with the technical requirements of nondestructive testing. The results show that the production process is feasible for the end cover castings.
