高比例涤棉织物浆纱的探讨

A Study of Sizing High-Polyester and Cotton Fabric

介绍高比例涤棉织物的浆纱难点 ,选择高浓度、低粘度、粘附力强的浆料 ,再配以高压上浆、湿分绞棒、后上蜡等工艺 ,以提高高比例涤棉织物的浆纱质量。

This paper briefly introduces the difficult points in sizing high-polyester and cotton fabric,and points out that we should choose high-concentration,low-viscosity and high-adhesivity sizing agent.On this basis,applying the processing of high-pressure sizing,wet dividing robs,waxing behind and so on.We can resolve the difficulties in sizing high-polyester and cotton fabric,and improve the sizing quality.
