摘要 系统地对冷轧AZ31B镁合金板材的退火工艺和退火过程中的组织变化进行了研究,试验结果表明在250~300℃下保温30~60min可以得到平均晶粒尺寸为16μm左右的细小均匀的组织。另外还研究了晶粒长大随温度、时间的变化情况。通过非线性回归分析得到了静态再结晶晶粒尺寸D与退火温度T、保温时间t的定量关系,为指导生产和进一步研究再结晶晶粒结构提供了可靠依据。 Annealing technique for cold rolled plate of AZ31B magnesium alloy and its microstructure development have been studied systematically in this paper.It has been found that the small and symmetrical recrystallization grain of around 16 μm in average is obtainable through heat treatment at 250~300℃ for 30~60 minutes.Meanwhile,after analysis about the influence of annealing temperature and time on the grain growth,a model on the changing law of grain size has been established through nonlinear regression so as to provide theoretical background for further research on recrystallization grain structure and for the production of cold rolled plate.
