摘要
AZ91D镁合金属于密排六方结构,它在塑性变形性能和力学性能上呈现较低的特征。采用晶粒细化的方法可在很大程度上改善镁合金的力学性能。选用MgCO3,La2(CO3)3及两者的混和物分别作为AZ91D镁合金的细化剂。实验结果表明,MgCO3和La2(CO3)3作为镁合金的细化剂各有特点,而用MgCO3与La2(CO3)3的混和物细化效果更好。
The AZ91D magnesium alloy has the crystal structure of hexagonal close packed lattice. The performance of plastical deformation and its mechanical property have been lower feature. But the fine structure contributes to slipping and restrains twinning. Therefore, grain refining can improve the mechanical properties of the magnesium alloy to great extent. MgCO_3, La_2(CO_3)_3 and the mixture of them are used as the grain refiner in magnesium alloy. The result showed that as grain refiner of magnesium alloy, MgCO_3, La_2(CO_3)_3 had respectively their own characteristic, and the mixture of them had better effect on magnetism alloy than any one of them.
