摘要
吕德斯带是一种在冲压加工条件下产生的加工缺陷。论述了吕德斯带的形成机理,认为柯氏气团的存在是产生吕德斯带的根本原因。通过实例分析,指出了形成吕德斯带的条件,提出了预防吕德斯带产生的措施。
Based on the mechanism of forming the LUDERS slip, think of the exist of KESHI gas mass as the basic reason of forming the LUDERS slip. The conditions of forming the LUDERS slip is concluded, and a series of measurement how to prevent the LUDERS slip are suggested. The conclusion is that the LUDERS slip is a defect upon certain conditions, take it as rule that prevent conditions forming while the preventive measurement are determined.
