在钢铁生产及检验中有关性能和化学成分的规定存在的问题

摘要 针对生产中出现的因钢的屈服强度由于测试误差及标准制订上的原因,给钢材生产交货带来的影响,以及对某炉钢中一化学元素(或气体)含量超标而不顾及该炉次钢的综合性能就作改判的问题提出了不同看法。认为,应根据使用要求设计材料的性能,并以此作为检验的依据,当产品的各项性能达到要求时,个别元素超标应采取一个合理的评判方法,真正做到物尽其用。 Owing to test error and formulating irrational standard, that the steel yield strength making product delivery under disadvantage and restricting the development of new product is found in producing practice .However, the result is satisfied through taking proper measures. On the other hand, the waste products decided only by a kind of chemical elements or gases surpassing the set standard regardless of general properties are unreasonable and then cause unnecessary waste, therefore through analysis the function of chemical element in the steel and combining the improvement of analysis method, the problem is reasonably solved and let all things serve their proper purpose. In this paper, the final proposal is an inspiration to metal material workers.
