摘要
介绍了在进行ISO9000认证、QS9000认证以及中国实验室国家认可过程中为确保检测数据的准确性,在力学检验设备质量保证方面做的一些工作。其中包括:对计量部门不能承接计量的大型、难检设备开展校准工作;对检验设备按QS9000要求进行测量系统分析(MSA);在两次设备计量间隔期间进行运行性检查;试验前的设备日常检查(采用内控检查拉伸试样等方法)和参加中国实验室国家认可委员会与亚太地区实验室认可委员会的能力验证试验并在单位内部进行验证比对试验等。
In this paper, some efforts on quality assurance of mechanical testing equipment with aim to guarantee the accuracy of testing data in our institute were introduced, according to the requirements of ISO9000, QS9000 and ISO/IEC17025 of CNACL. A series of steps have been taken includes calibrating work for large testing machine, which was normally hardly calibrated by meterage department. Measuring system analysis (MSA) for testing equipment, as refereed to QS9000. Inservice checks between two calibrating meterage. Daily check before each test (inhouse quality control using tensile specimen method). Participation in proficiency testing programs initiated by CNACL and APLAC and interlaboratory comparisons test.
