摘要
目的为了合理配置有限的护理人力资源 ,平衡各科室的劳动强度 ,保证护理质量。方法随机选择 10个病区 ,跟踪记录 1周的护理工作量 ,记录当天的实际护士上班人数 ,当天病人数。通过 4种计算方法得到所需护士人数的一周曲线图。结果目前护理人员严重缺编 ,每天护士实际上班人数与按工作量计算 (按护士 8h工作制 ,满负荷计算 )所需的护士人数相差甚远。按 1∶0 .4 (实际病人数 )配置护理人员将导致劳动强度的不均衡性。结论按护理工作量配置护理人员是一种科学的方法。
Objective To ensure nursing quality through rationally deploying limited nursing personnel and balance labor intensity among different department. Method 10 hospital division were randomly selected for one week nursing working load recording, the actual number of working nurse, number of patients were recorded and mapped. Result The nurse was lack and can’t Meet the needs recently. The 1∶0.4 ratio (actual number of patients ) for deploying nursing personnel will lead to unbalance in labor intensity. Conclusion Nursing working load based method for nursing personnel deploying is a scientific way.
