摘要
矩阵变换器是一种开关序列呈矩阵型的交-交变换器,具有一系列的优点。已成为交-交变换器研究中非常热门的课题。本文基于空间矢量调制法,首先,分析直-交变换器的空间矢量调制;接着,类似地分析交-直变换器的空间矢量调制;然后把前面两个过程进行综合,得到一种直接的交-交变换器。最后,针对空间矢量调制法,利用MATLAB编制S函数模块, 结合SIMULINK的电力系统仿真工具箱的现有模块组建成矩阵变换器的仿真模型。仿真结果验证了空间矢量调制策略的正确性,同时指出在输出端设计滤波器的必要性。
The matrix converter is a new cycloconverter with matrix switch sequences, which has a series of advantages and has become very hot problem of cycloconverter studies. Based on space vector modulation in this paper, first, the space vector modulation for DC-AC converter is analyzed; second, the space vector modulation for AC-DC converter is similarly analyzed. Then the former two processes are comprehended to get a direct AC-AC converter. At last, S-function models are programmed by means of MATLAB, which are combined with the models of power system blockset in SIMULINK to set up the simulation model of the matrix converter according to space vector modulation. The simulated results have verified the correctness of space vector modulation. And a suggestion is put forward that it is essential to design filters at the output port.
