摘要
本文认为,跨国公司为了协调在华投资,形成中国市场上的竞争优势,实现其全球战略利益,充分运用价值链理论,力图将价值链“战略环节”紧紧掌握在母公司内,将对产品价值增值不起决定作用的“非战略环节”转移给中国企业。文章提出,中国企业必须认清链入跨国公司全球价值链的必要性与可能性,掌握链入跨国公司全球价值链的关键点,并时刻关注价值链布局的动态变化,努力挤入跨国公司全球制造网,实现增强国际竞争力和国际化经营能力的目标。
The author points out that in order to coordinate investment and become competitive advantage in China market,accomplish the global strategy profit,MNEs make use of value chain theory,grasp the 'strategy link' of value chain themselves,transfer the 'non-strategy link' of value chain to China's enterprises.In order to fulfill the goal of strengthening international competitive, China's enterprises must see clearly the necessity and possibility and control the key of getting into MNEs' global value chain, pay attention to the change of value chain,become one part of MNEs' global production net.
