社会危机事件与第三部门的发展与成熟

Event of Social Crisis and Development and Mature of Third Department

文章通过对我国日益发展起来的第三部门进行研究 ,对影响我国第三部门发展的因素和前提分为客观实在形态的和社会意识形态的两部分分别加以讨论。在引入危机事件的前提下 ,指出危机事件引起的社会运动对我国第三部门的发展有着不同方面与程度的促进作用。此外 ,文章对第三部门组织自身的成熟基于资金充裕程度、决策独立程度和功能完善程度进行了界定 。

After a study of the third department booming greater and greater in our country, this paper has discussed the influencing factors and premises which influence the development of the third department, respectively in two parts of objective states and social ideological states. In the premise of crisis, the social movement caused by the crisis event pushes forward the development of the third department in our country in different aspects and to different extent. Besides, this paper has defined the mature of the third department organization proper as far as the extent of fund, decision-making independence and function perfection concerned. In the end, it has concluded after analysis that the event of social crisis is the golden chance to make the third department organization perfect.
