固定资产运行与产业结构调整的机理分析

An Analysis on the Mechanism of Fixed Assets Circulation and Industrial Structure Adjustment

本文从理论的抽象层次出发 ,把固定资产增量和存量运行放置于产业结构调整的分析框架 ,将两者之间可能出现的运动方向的组合理解为一种内生性机理。文章在描述固定资产投资运行与产业结构调整之相关机理的基础上 ,对固定资产增量流向、存量调整同构于产业结构变动的各种方向组合关系进行了较为详细的分析。从理论分析和实际运作的对应来考察 ,这种机理分析在一定程度上揭示了固定资产投资与产业结构变动之整体演进的构成格局。

By putting the increment and stock of fixed assets in an analytic frame of industrial structure adjustment from an abstract level of theory, this article defines the associations of direction that appear between the two as a kind of innate mechanism. On the basis of describing the relevant mechanism between the circulation of investment in fixed assets and industrial structure adjustment, the combinations of directions exist in the fixed assets increment issue and stock adjustment which are isomorphistic to industrial structure are analyzed in details. Inspected from theoretical analysis with actual operation correspondingly, this kind of analysis in mechanism has revealed the whole composition pattern evolution between investment in fixed assets and industrial structure.
